基于分布鲁棒优化的多目标危险品专用道设置问题

摘要:

探讨了一类新型的不确定性危险品专用道优化设置问题,其中路段通行时间存在不确定性,且仅已知其部分分布信息,即均值和协方差矩阵。通过在交通网络中合理设置危险品专用道,以最大限度地提升危险品运输准时率,同时尽可能地减少专用道设置对正常交通的负面影响。基于二阶矩模糊集,构建了一个危险品专用道多目标分布鲁棒优化设置模型,并证明了其NP-难特性。基于蒙特卡洛模拟思想,通过生成有限数量的样本来估计不确定参数,提出了一种基于ε-约束的场景建模方法。该方法通过引入新参数和变量,并结合场景模拟对原问题进行保守近似,从而将原问题转化为可由商业求解器(如CPLEX)直接处理的形式。为全面评估所提出的问题与方法,设计了(样本外)准时率指标。大量随机算例验证了该方法的有效性,并表明其能够提供高质量的近似帕累托解。
